Sam is correct except that there is no need for a PAATC since both are
in the same location. PAATC's happen when infantry advances into a
location with an AFV and when using CC Reaction Fire (and when checking
to retain concealment--that's all I can think of). Once the AFV and
infantry are in the same location in the CCPh, no PAATC is necessary.
