[ASLML] AFV/Squad CC Question

Gentlemen,
	Question regarding CC between a squad and AFV.  Assume that a squad occupies a woods Location and the Attackers' AFV moves to VBM the hex and stops (but stays in Motion) on that woods location hexspine - thereby employing our favorite VBM Sleaze maneuver.

	If after all Defensive Fire and Advanced Fire both units are still standing, do they enter into CC during the CCPh?   Or is the fact that the squad occupies the woods Location and the AFV is in VBM mean that CC does not take place between the units??
