Yes, that's what I've been saying. The squad would be DM because the AFV was
in its location (when it became ADCACENT, even...) and the routing squad
could not remain on level one "above" the AFV because that is still ADJACENT
to the enemy AFV...
So back to Bruce's point.
You evidently said (in a post I still haven't received)

And Bruce is right. Your comment makes no sense in context of the ASL rules.
