[ASLML] A couple of gaming questions

Last night played "Toast Victory with Vodka" an old CH! scenario, and had
two questions I would like to check up on.

1.	An AFV moves ADJACENT to a leader with a demo pack and expands one
movement point to stop, the leader then decides to 'throw' the demo pack.
For the placement die roll does the vehicle receive the +2 DRM for being a
motion non stopped vehicle? (played that this DRM did not apply)

2.	Two Finnish AFV's are in the same hex, one is stopped the other is in
motion, during the Finnish defensive fire phase the 'stopped' AFV wishes to
fire, does it receive the +1 DRM for overstacking? (played that this DRM
did apply)
