Yes. Remember too that my post was in reply to someone who said the unit
couldn't rout because it wasn't DM... It would be DM the instant the enemy
AFV was ADJACNET. And it could rout upstairs - it just couldn't stay there
because the upper level is still ADJACENT to the AFV.

Sheesh, that was confusing. :)
