It is unnecessary because A7.353 is talking about a unit which has already
used "First Fire" and thus is marked with a First Fire Counter. By rule, a
unit marked with a First Fire Counter can use Final vs adjacent enemy units
only. Thus, the reference to "adjacent" is not needed.
A7.353 is inconsequential for unmarked units using Final...they are only
going to get one shot with their inherent anyway.
