[ASLML] Some KGP questions

Hi,

Three questions regarding KGP CG:

1. Is a un-manned Gun a Strategic Location ?, or does it have to be
manned to be a Strategic Location ?

2. When calcualting the 10% that may be set up HIP during a non-Night
CG scenario, do you count the Crews as well as the Squads ?
(The footnote under the Fortification table only mentions squads
if I remember correctly).

3. If I have an AT Gun that is retained on-map in a KGP campaign 
after a CG Date, can that Gun set up HIP "for-free" the next 
CG Date ?
