[ASLML] Migrated ROAR coming back on-line

Hi,

The ROAR migration was completed Monday, and today my DNS (the process that translates a URL into an IP address) found the correct machine. If you are still seeing the old machine (you can tell by the long note on the home page and by the fact that the pages for adding new information are disabled), the caching of DNS information should expire in the next few days.

The migrated ROAR is the same as the old, but as best I can tell the new machine is faster. If you have any trouble with ROAR, let me know.
