[ASLML] Searching Hexes

I have always taken A12.152 (and the Q&A) to mean:
if the modified search dr >= 6, the searcher still searches it's own hex.
If the modified search dr = 5, the searcher searches it's own hex, and
effectively 1 other.
etc.
